From Food Systems Thinking to Schools as Living Labs

On 7 October, as part of the first Fête de la Science held in Serbia, FutureFoodS brought sustainable food systems into the classroom through a teacher training workshop at the Palace of Science in Belgrade. Jelena Milešević introduced food systems thinking and its links to school subjects, while Aikaterini Riviou presented whole-school and Living Lab approaches and a wealth of practical resources. Teachers then exchanged ideas and co-created activities they can use with students.
