Observatory for food system transition

‍ The transition towards sustainable food systems in Europe is a complex and multidimensional process that cannot be adequately captured through outcome indicators alone. Therefore, to better understand and assess these developments, FutureFoodS is working on the establishment of a Food Systems Observatory for Europe, which will serve as a research and knowledge infrastructure for collecting, analysing, and sharing data on food system transitions at local, national, and European levels. The Observatory will provide policymakers, researchers, and other stakeholders with valuable insights to support the sustainable transformation of European food systems.
